the way beatrice said "and now the easy part" before being wrapped in that cocoon is always so chilling to me man. basically her entire life was filled with hardship, so the ending of it sadly was probably one of, if not the easiest part.

"Now.... the easy part."

Shows how crackerjacks death was the start of her life becoming dark

Keep in mind: this is all in BoJack's head, so he can see Beatrice actually doing this, he thinks of her as a talented woman despite everything

Fun detail i noticed: The trumpet is playing the song Crackerjack and Honey would play together, and the trumpet stops playing at the same part where Honeys husband cut off their duet

Younger older brother, that’s really sad
Cause crackerjack was older than her, but she lived longer, becoming the ‘older’ sibling

"Over and out". I don't know why but I think those were his last words when he died in the war.

I see this scene as Beatrice dancing with darkness her entire life until it eventually consumed her and she literally became nothing but darkness.

Someone else commented this on a different video but Honey, Beatrice and Crackerjack each lost “half a mind”. Honey obviously with her Lobotomy, Crackerjack getting shot in the head and then Beatrice with her dementia. Even Butterscotch when he fell at a duel and hit his head and Bojack with his substance abuse where he couldn’t remember what was reality and what was fiction

0:25 never noticed Crackerjack smiles at her. He looks so proud of her

I read a comment on a similar video stating that the ribbon wrapping Beatrice, resembles her Dementia and how it took her before it took her life.

It portrays that crackerjack's death, him jumping to the pit, led to Beatrice's life's demise. The beginning where Beatrice's life fell apart. From her mother to her. Pulling the string, coccoon and submerged into the darkness

The way he said, " over and out, huaat!"
I wish we could've seen more of him

Nice touch ending "I Will Always Think of You" at the end of the B section, on the unresolved dominant.

It’s bittersweet to see this scene. We finally see the two together. They’re both dead, but together finally. And they also go into the door together as well, beatrice going down a little later. And then seeing both the trumpet and ribbon fall down next to each other. If only they could’ve stayed together in life and not just in death.

The trumpet falls flat almost immediately and it takes a little while for the ribbon to fall flat as well, but falls all the same

You have to wonder why Bojack is seeing all of this as he's dying. To me, it feels like Bojack is idolizing her for a moment, she's only wore this dress when she performed and everyone says it's amazing when she does it. I wonder this is how he wanted to remember her and accepting that she died. Her brother is there because she probably talked fondly about him a lot and this is how Bojack sees him as and his death caused the deterioration of her mind.

Thr fact that Crackerjack willingly tied the ribbon to himself and jumped through the door makes me wonder if Bojack has convinced himself that Crackerjack died on purpose to ruin Beatrice's life. After all, his death caused a domino effect on the rest of Beatrice's life.

Crackerjack was voiced by Lin Manuel Miranda btw

What was hard part for Beatrice was trying to stay afloat her whole life and the easy part was giving in and letting herself die. What a tragic character
