Look, you know me. You know we've been here before. Fairfield knows their way around a JFET based drive pedal and this is the origination of that. The Barbershop overdrive is a simple, well execute take on a voltage starve-able overdrive circuit that pulls you out of option paralysis and focuses instead on being able to quickly dial a shockingly wide array of phenomenal drive textures. I have the always-on version of this pedal, the modele B. The drive knob on yours seems to behave differently as yours has more gain on tap. Max gain on mine = ~3 o clock on yours. FYI for anyone interested out there. Great demo!
