It’s hard to disagree with Motoko given the pace of progress in AI over the last year or two, and we follow these developments with great interest. Trained on vast swathes of net-based imagery and given all the biases baked in by humans, what would a text-to-video generating AI dream up given themes of life after death in the near future? This video is a completely experimental trip into a world generated purely by AI, with vanishingly little wetware interference. May it stand as a snapshot in time, so that perhaps it can be revisited in light of future developments that are, only now, just a whisper…

In terms of writing, White Rabbit is the best character in DMC. His backstory introduced us to a new perspective of DMC and that in this series, not all demons are terrorizing. Some just hope for a better life, and what better way than to introduce the idea of racism towards demons.
