im 5'10 weigh about 137 pounds (skinny but fit) and carry a full size glock 21 gen 3 with an optic. i have a cheap amazon holster that fits very snug with the light. i immediately changed the clips to DCT clips and added a wing. game changer and like you said that grip is hard to conceal but to me its perfect, plus i have TT baseplate extensions on all my mags haha believe or not it's possible to conceal it all. id say its 90% concealable with a much larger DARK shirt.

Teir 1 concealment holsters fix the printing and the best holsters.

I have a G45 which is the same gun as the 19x just black.

Teir 1 is the best holsters comes with plenty of things to help conceal it.

Plus I can see printing on you lol.

I appendix carry a P320 Xcarry Spec. With RDS, a 1.5” comp, and +3 mags in a side cart pouch with a dark tshirt and you really cant see it. One key attachment is the claw for better press of the frame/grip against my stomach. If I wear a loose fishing shirt, its invisible and comfortable
