I think the fundamental thing for building modern football is the facilities. I think the training facilities for the Indonesian league 1 are on par with the English vanarama league or perhaps on the par with the sky bet league 2. Apart from the facilities, the most crucial thing that has not been addressed so far is the federation. several controversial decisions that came out such as temporarily stopping league 2 & 3, even though the tragedy occurred in league 1 (KANJURUHAN TRAGEDY). And maybe what usually happens in world football is club finance which ends in cooperation between the football mafia and the club owner or the player.

Sebagai pengamat olahraga di Indonesia (pecinta sepakbola, basket dan bulutangkis) dari 3 cabor kesukaan saya jujur menurut saya sepakbola paling tertinggal secara sistem dan pembinaan..

1. Bukutangkis ga usah diragukan lagi, Indonesia puluhan tahun mendomiansi jadi negara terkuat di dunia, saat ini bs dibilang top3/top5 di dunia..

Sistem scouting, pembinaan usia dini, sparring dll sangat baik, walaupu. Agak mengalami penurunan akhir2 ini tp bulutangkis indonesia ttp kelas dunia..

2. Basket
10 thn yg lalu dan hari ini udh sangat berbeda jauh, semua berkat azrul ananda menurut saya..
10thn lalu azrul seolah berjuang seorang diri membangkitkan basket di Indonesia, hari ini benih yg ia tanam mulai terasa, byk org mulai aware dgn pentingnya pembinaan usia dini, masyarakat jg mulai gemar basket..
Liga semakin profesional, dibentuk timnas usia muda yg ikut liga profesional (menambah pengalaman) training camp di LN, dll.. tentu msh byk kekurangan basket, tapi paling tdk ada kemajuan yg terlihar, dan sudah ada di track yg tepat.

Sama sjaa tdk ada perubahan, tdk ada peningkatan prestasi, keamanan pun msh bermaslaah, korupsi dimana2, politikus bermain di tubuh PSSI dir dlu g berubah..

Sepakbola indoneisa thn 1983 dibanding 2023 sama saja, bahkan bs dibilang menurun malah... Bknnya menigkat malah menurun

Indonesia tuh cukup lumayan di futsal. Futsal Indonesia tuh no 5 di Asia. Sebenernya kita tuh dari kecil lebih sering main futsal bisa diliat di video menit 2:20 rptra itu kebanyakan lapangan futsal, bukan lapangan sepak bola

Unfortunately, this video came out when Indonesia had just been canceled as the host for the U20 World Cup. Hopefully, for whatever reason Indonesia is dropped out as the host the dreams of the children in this video above or out there especially in football keep alive and continously to grow. It's just genetics and historic really. We tend to grow up with protein from veggie, mostly barely could afford meat. As you could see in the video, many of them coming from lower middle class. Historical speaking many old athletes in Indonesia doesn't have future, many of them living in poverty and uncertainty.

Negara-negara Amerika latin punya talenta luar biasa (terbukti pemain mudanya banyak yg dibawa ke Eropa). Negara-negara di Eropa memiliki sarana dan sistem pengembangan bakat muda yang sangat baik. Kita tidak punya keduanya itu. Menurutku kita hanya senang main dan/atau menonton bola. Sementara para pengusaha dan politikus hanya mau uang dan ketenaran saja. Tidak ada niat dan ketulusan untuk mengurusi sepakbola agar menjadi lebih baik.
