She knew I would be happy, despite knowing this will make her kinda alone. And now, thanks to her, I've made great friends and I had a fascinating time in this school. R.I.P Iwata san...aside from being president of Nintendo and a producer Iwata was actually a programmer on Mother 2, he was the lead programmer as well. His skill made a visible difference for sure...

Anyone who hates this game...why?  Just why?  Nothing about it is bad in any way.  All of the complaints I've seen against the game aren't fair to the game at all and flat out untrue (ANYONE who claims that this game has bad music is lying out of their butt.  I'm sorry but unless you have poor hearing anyone can see how amazing this soundtrack is.  It had additional memory put into it for the soundtrack alone for goodness sake!).  I especially hate when people who love Pokemon and Dragon Warriors/Quest hate on this game when the game was based off of Dragon Warriors thus you should like that it plays similarly and it is made by the same people who make Pokemon only this came first so if you love that series you naturally should love this series.  The story is also incredible and has so many heartwarming, depressing, funny, tragic, and heavy moments and has one of the best silent protagonists ever created as the main character.  And the graphics while simplistic are still very pretty, colorful, have lots of detail in the environments, and are a stylistic choice not laziness.  I know opinions and all that but there is such a thing as the factually incorrect opinion and when people hate on this game they clearly are using that.  I rarely classify something as being the factually incorrect opinion even if I disagree with them but this is one of those rare things where you can't have those kinds of thoughts of the game.  This isn't coming from someone who is in love with the game or is blinded by nostalgia.  This is someone who got the game 5 years ago, played through it, and saw literally nothing bad about the product I had played.  There is no if ands or buts to this game it is by factual definition a masterpiece.  That's not being close minded to different beliefs that's stating something that is a fact.  I don't know what you are looking for in an RPG if you don't enjoy this game.  If that's the case then RPG's aren't you genre's but you don't get to pick and choose issues that aren't exclusive to this game (and even then they aren't actual issues they are just common traits of RPG's) and then pin point it on this game as being bad because of it.
