Imagine that by sometime in the 1980s, you could put all that data onto 4 3.5" floppy disks, and put those in your pocket. The text above says so expensive had to be leased for $3200 a month. Wasn't most or all IBM equipment leased back then?

Now this is an invention thats amazing sure its shitty today but the point is that we still use this technically even though ssds are starting to become cheap but we will still use hdds until probably 2040

How did they get it to work ( send and receive information ) on a laptop did they made a Adapter.

Supersized disk drive that only contains 3.75MB vs. SanDisk Ultra drives that can contain a minimum storage of 16GB or 32GB. We already know what wins here.
