Steve, your great company has brought the SWL hobby to a new level of technological excellence. Hats off to you and your company staff. I am going to upgrade to the RSP1B or better. Your SRDUno has become a new standard at a competitive cost. Cheers from across the left side of the pond.

I bought an RSP1A recently to dip my toes into SDR. Not disappointed.
SDRconnect works nicely but still lacks some plugins for decoding e.g. ADSB ... In development, I understand.

I'm interested in the duo for EME/amsat work with my 7100. I was also interested in the DX as I thought it had better HF performance, though after watching this it looks more like it's for MF/LF/VLF. That's not a bad thing, just less of a concern, so the duo would suit my needs for both EME/amsat & DX at amd above 80 metres. Is there any difference if one wanted to use them for counting meteors on tge 6 metre band?

Hi, Have you ever thought about including built in wifi + battery/DC power into the SDRplay to enable portable/mobile use with iPadOS along with a version of SDR connect? Can the current SDRplay be used with android tablets?

Can the software control a transmitter's VDO to keep it synced with the SDR? Will it recognize a USB rotary dial?

I wonder what's behind the apparent fallout between the SDRPlay people and the AirSpy folks. They used to support each others receivers in their respective software but apparently something happend along the way.

For VLF and LF, would the improved noise performance of the RSPdx-r2 outweigh the lower noise floor of the duo's HighZ input?

So we need to wait for the RSPDuo-b to get the extra filters, the problem is when will it be released?

Are there any pre-amps that work with this radio’s 4.7v bias?

Great video Steve. As a matter of interest, which mag loop were you using? Is the baby Jane still getting a look in or have you moved on?

I am curious, since a topic such as direction finding can be a hot one when it comes to radio- the last Raspberry discussed seems a perfect candidate- thinking such application as TDOA....where sinal between the 2 receiving antenas could be viewed overlayed and having a max hold view of the frequencies. This would strongly compel me in purchasing 1 if not 2 where some thing like incorporating a clock and synching the devices....but, on brief search, nothing? Maybe the device isn't suited in some way to no be able to function as direction finder? The specs- the ultimate 1 being: the device having the 2 separate antenna inputs- sounds like just the right thing to do job...maybe I am missing something i ran some basic searches and no such use...?

HI Steve, I bought the RSP2pro in the early days. Just wonder what is the RSP2pro is equivalent to compared to the current models?

So if I got the RSB1a I wouldn’t need to buy anything else but an antenna

2.5 GHz would have been a good range at the higher limits that's where we can get 2.4 GHz DATV,
