Happy birthday! 😊 Having your house full of packages to send out actually sounds so fun?! Like, I'd hate to box all of that let me be clear, and I'm terrible at wrapping presents, but to know that many people wanted my books? Yes, I want that. As for how to piece things together for your story... personally I like to have a day to myself and sometimes having my mind on something else for a couple hours does the trick. But I'm sure you already have a handful of tricks of your own with the amount of books you have out 🤣

I highly recommend OneNote for taking notes about books. There are a load of videos on how to use it, but basically, it comes preloaded onto PC, you can download it onto tablets and your phones and use voice recording on your phone to take voice notes. It means everything is saved on the cloud in one place. The Mac version, if you have a Mac is Evernote.
