Ukraine DESTROYS Rostov Port, Russian Shipping STOPS | Breaking News With The Enforcer

Ukrainian drone attacks hit the fuel depot in Rostov port, shutting down all Russian shipping in the black sea. coupled with the knock out blow to the fuel depots in Novorossiysk there are no major ports left for Russia in the black sea. Meanwhile Ukraine is making progress in the Vovchansk front, retaking Hlyboke. Putin has arrived in a historic visit to North Korea, it is believed he will ask for more aid. The US is also tracking the small Russian flotilla off the Florida coast.

7:00 former submariner here. For that submarine to surface that close to the shore something happened on that sub to force it up. You do not surface a SSBM of the shore of an adversary in attempt to intimidate them. So many things can go wrong and you will end up losing part of your nuclear arsenal. I doubt it was conducting covert actions as none of the type 94s that I am aware of have been modified to do that. Even if they were doing something covert you do not surface to advertise that you were doing that. There are a few things that would force a sub out of the water. Taking on water, something going on with the scrubbers or an issue with the reactor.
