I was just randomly making a dish today but was inspired. I saw a quick short on Pad Kra Pao and decided I could do something like that but different.

THE MEAT:
1/2 pound ground pork
1/2 pound ground beef

THE EGG:
2 fried eggs

THE SAUCE:
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp shaohsing wine
1 tbsp chili flakes
