This is exactly the recipe I was looking for! It's soft and very delicious. I have a Wilton Giant Gingerbread cookie pan and every other recipe I tried was either bland or the consistency was incorrect, including the recipe that came with the pan. This is perfect. And I love that I was able to mix it up by hand. The whole family tried both the unbaked dough and the cookie after it was baked. They all loved it. Thank you!
