Perfect music to start my day. Chilly early winter morning and it’s still dark outside but you have to wake up this early to send kids to school and it’s quite stressful for both parents and kids. Definitely my favourite, I turn on the radiator, set this up on my tv which is in front of the non functioning fireplace, snuggle under my faux fur heated throw with a Patrick OBrian book, bliss.

This music really does help me study and focus. I used to listen to regular music or videos in the background while studying and I would get distracted but with this there's no words to focus on, you just kind of have the music there but you don't notice it that much because it's calming. I listened to almost this whole thing before taking a break. Almost 3 hours of studying. Going to listen to this three times a day so I can get 9 hours of studying a day in.
