Not only does their games need an overhaul, I truly believe the staff and the shot callers for COD in 2024 need an overhaul. Since Bo2 we haven’t had a good title, that’s literally 12 years ago. Nowadays everything’s rushed, lack of communication, bugs/glitch central that don’t get fixed for months, community isn’t heard, atrocious servers in EVERY game. They care more about the quantity of store bundles than the quality of their games… and the list can go on and on. When the community wants to finally take matters into their own hands while still PAYING Activision for it they make a move like this? Bro I’d literally sign a petition to get the ones in charge GONE asap.

This probably pre dates most current COD players, but custom mods and custom maps were huge with COD2, COD4 and COD 5. There was a huge community around this and it really extended the life of these titles. There is still an active COD 5 (World at War) community playing custom maps on dedicated servers.

The fact the cod community is defending Activision this makes them the most incompetent people I’ve seen. I wasted $20 on MWR just to get the H2M mod which that’s required to play the H2M mod that I was very excited to play. This really pushed me to the edge that I will not be buying black ops 6 and I mean it and I’m probably gonna buy Mortal Kombat 1 and I’m gonna move on to Xdefiant. Activision can kiss my ass and you guys can reply whatever shit you want that I’m a cry baby about this or anything like that and I’m not gonna change what I say. Xdefiant is a better FPS game overall than COD because it has no Sbmm and their servers are more stable than ever. Also, I’m glad I got my money back but the fact that I wasted $20 for MWR which it was on sale btw and did this at the last minute pisses me off and no one should be defending this
