🙋🏾‍♀️ As a experienced runner in high school and college the 200 m I know personally you need a warm up your body needs a warm up before you actually perform mentally spiritually physically you need to have a warm up just like in any sports just like in dance just like how you were told when you get out of bed stretch before you start doing anything because your body is sleep is dead you need to warm your body of mentally spiritually physically to get ready for all that stress and endurance you doing with that performance.

What a disaster throughout various events starting from the opening woke ceremony. Competing in raw sewage infested river, men beating up women in the boxing ring, rule change overnight denying Jamaica's best, horrible accommodations including under sized cardboard bed frames and poor food forcing many leaving the Olympic Village to hotels, ban on Russian athletes, evicting homeless from the area, allocations of misappropriation of public funds and favoritism, 10 billion euros and low attendance and so much more.
