I know why huggy wuggy lose to springtrap:
After chapter 3, some persons (me included) think that ALL toys are orphan childrens, and william is a child-murder so, for william, huggy is not a danger for him, because he have experiences with kids possesing thing so, for william huggy is more another victim to his list than a danger
