Great video! First time prospective tax deed/lien investor. Question- you mention being able to purchase at a low cost (your example of $100) and then resell for 1-1.5k. Can I please ask, what about legal fees? Totally new to this, but I thought I'd have to fork out several thousand $$$$ for a quiet title? Or what's the strategy here? Wouldn't I also have to pay more $$$ for a title search as well? I might be wrong here but in my mind a $100 property is going to end up costing several thousand $ by the time legal fees are paid. Would love to hear your thoughts!

Thank you Casey, that is a great story! My only question is: I thought it typically takes one year to two years in order to get a clear title after purchasing an OTC property? Or perhaps your buyers are willing to purchase without title insurance? Wait! I think I answered my own question. At less than $2, 000, I figure buyers are willing to accept a quit claim deed? All the best...

If the county liens (penalties, late fees, etc.) are total of $5k and the winning bid is $2k, what happens to the remainder? (Arizona)
