I'm now 60. We have some land and a tractor. I was reclaiming an old garden bed with the tractor and a young fox walked out in the pasture in front of me, sat down and looked right at me, late afternoon sunny day, warm spring day. I waved, she watched me, then rolled around in the sun like a happy dog or cat. After a bit she went into the woods. We see her and her mate (much larger) once in a while. We have an older german shepard and chickens, I want us all to live in harmony . I built a safe chicken enclosure and with care it can work.

I used to do a lot of camping when I was younger, and I listened to this on a record player around that time. Didn't hear it for about 25 years. Still have the record in storage, but not the turntable. It makes me remember working hard all day, then walking in the dark to my camp to eat and rest around a fire. There was only silence but I could play it in my mind. I agree with Becki Z that most of the current music is drek. If you like this song, check out Jethro Tull's album, Songs from the Wood, Fires at Midnight and The Whistler are standouts, but theres more too.

My search started off not exactly sober to be perfectly honest, looking for the song My Music. I have no clue what made it pop in my head, but it wouldn't leave. I found that song, and it lead me to songs I have not heard since the 70's. I won't say all of today's music is crap, but does anyone write songs that last? I may not have heard these songs for a long time, but once they started, the words popped into my head like there had never been a time span in hearing them. Since the last comment made on this song came in 6 years ago, I doubt anyone reads this.

Trying to find Jim's version of native son? From his album from the same tittle?

His solo stuff was very succesful but I strongly prefer my Kenny Logins with a doubleshot of Jim Messina.
