Super Idea: Select "Don't allow changes on PC" from the menu when you launch for the first time Petya and see what happens to your PC!

That Ransomware completely corrupts your MBR (Master Boot Record) unless you pay to get it decrypted and in sure if that's messed up you're not getting into your system...PERIOD!

avast really wins about stopping petya but not by running disabling the AV. i use avast and i dont disable it when i download it

In this test, even with the "file protection" module deactivated, shouldn't the "ransoware protection" module intervene?
Why didn't he intervene? The "ransoware protection" module is not very secure

Maybe, in the third test, before avast's behaviour shield decides if it's a malware or not, the malware already infected the system.. And this is negative result for avast free antivirus... Thanks for your videos.. By the way, Kaspersky's behaviour shield is better than any av, in my opinion..Could you test Kaspersky against Petya Ransomware? I wonder how Kaspersky would react in your third test.. :) Thanks..
