Deleting Folders And Images In Luminar 4

Any time we delete images from our library, we need to be careful. Removing images from Luminar comes with some safeguards. Removing folders requires extra care and understanding of what is happening to your non-destructive edits and on your hard drive. I notice my "Resources Folder " on my hard drive is quite large can I delete this folder?

Yesterday I worked with pic. In Luminar. Manny pics. I wanted to delite completely. I then marked the pic. With x and in the end I used cm+arrogant back( like I use to delite pics. In LR. It seemed to work. Will there be problems to delite this Way?

Soo, my Google on how to close the current image in Luminar Windows returned the link to this video. Not relevant but I watched anyway and this is scary. My take-away? Never do ANY file /folder management in Luminar. Always do ALL file /folder management in Windows Explorer.
BTW, I learned you cannot close an image in Luminar Windows. So strange. Angry users have given up on that feature being implemented judging from Skylum forum posts from 2 years ago to current. Apparently you can do it on a Mac but there is no File/Close command in Windows. I think you have to uninstall/reinstall Luminar to see a blank image edit area in the program. Scott, do you know a way? Thanks for the really important message you delivered in this video!
