I will only buy IFOS 5-Star fish oil.
Period. The store brands can be toxic — I had a bad reaction to one. My last headache and my last dizzy spell occurred simultaneously and right after ingesting store-bought fish oil the first time I tried it. Into the trash it went and I have gone with IFOS 5-Star brands ever since and have had no problems even at triple the dose.
