Kanye's mansion in Malibu has finally went under contract, and he is standing to lose over $20,000,000 on this deal when it sells. In today's episode we also dive into some other big headlines. Ellen just sold her home for $96 million, almost $30 million more than she bought it for just a few years ago. And there is also a $300,000,000 home in malibu that is rumored to be hitting the market soon listed by Kurt Rappaport!

the one you referred to as the "second house" is actually the only house that belonged to Ellen. Your research is a bit off. Bruce Kovner developed both homes, he was the one who tried to list them for 160 million together, then ending up selling the one in question to Ellen while retaining the one right next to it.
