Hello dji, i have a question ! Why does most of the times when i am charging one of my air 3 batteries in the hub USINH an ANKER POWERBANK. Why wont it charge ? It takes several attempts to connect and disconnect the chord in order to charge . But i dont have a problem in charging when its connected to an outlet

Why no storage charge? Do the batteries take care of themselves well enough that it's no longer necessary? That is, if you charge a battery to 100% and then just let it sit for a month (to be extreme), will it auto-discharge fast enough to not get damaged?

This charging hub is huge and not very convenient for travel, but at least it's very smart. Accumulating Power is a great solution and option when you're on the go and also uses USB-C so it will be great to charge batteries in the car, no need for additional expensive accessories for charging in the car like I need for my Air 2S.
My only wish is to be able to charge all the batteries simultaneously. I very often fly at one spot, then have 3 batteries at 20-40%, then drive for an hour to another place and at the other place in the best case scenario I have one full battery.

This kinda sucks because it doesn’t come with a power supply, so when you’ll have NO way to charge your batteries unless you buy a power supply. You would think after spending over $1000 it would come with a power supply.

How long the batteries can stays fully charged before using them?

This charge hub seems to have an issue...

Three times since I purchased and started using it (only 2 weeks old) its stopped charigng a battery at 50%, and stayed in that state the entire time...

Multiple slots, and multiple batteries, this has occured....

Is this a firmware issue? Or js this thing defective?

My brand new charger can charge only 1 battery at a time. I had to take out the fully charged battery before it goes on to charge another one (not both remaining). It took me about 3 days to charge all. Any helpful comments?

Thanks for the helpful info. Is there a way to manually set the discharge time (in days) for the DJI Air 3 batteries? Or is it only automatically set?

It won’t charge the batteries. When I press power the light go into idle yellow. If I press the button a little longer it turns pulsating green but as soon as I let go of the button it’s yellow and the turns off. What am I doing wrong?

I absolutely love my Air 3 and Avata 2! However an issue I’ve run into is neither of the charging hubs will charge from the high power Anker USB-C power bank that I bring with me. It always ends up pulling from the drone batteries to charge the power bank. Is there a way to disable the option or force it to charge instead? I’ve tried numerous cables and it always appears to charge the drone battery for a moment, before switching over to charging the power bank. This is the only device is run into it with, so I’m think the issue is one the charging hub side. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I can slow charge the hubs from that same bank using the USB type A ports, but it’s super slow.
