This is the expanded version of the "Universal Pictures 100th Anniversary Theme" composed by Brian Tyler based on the original logo music by Jerry Goldsmith. This was recorded in tandem with Brian's new arrangement for the Universal Pictures logo music which is now heard before Universal Pictures' films. Brian composed and conducted the Hollywood Studio Symphony and Los Angeles Chorale for these pieces.

This was such an honor to be asked to compose their 100th Anniversary music. I really have to thank Mike Knobloch at Universal for bringing me in to do this, having worked with him on so many movies over the years. It was an unforgettable experience, thanks all for the interest in hearing this full version.

This sounds very much like a John Williams piece. Which believe me, Mr. Tyler, is a true compliment.

I love when short music from company intros gets an official extended soundtrack that can actually count as full minute-long music instead of just 20-30 seconds of it. thank you for making this, thanks to Universal for choosing you

2:05 - 2:39 sounds like something that would be played at the end of a movie signifying if it’s going to be a to be continued or the adventure lives on type of thing

There are some studios use songs from their movies as their intro, such as Disney with When You Wish Upon a Star, Dreamworks with Fairytale, and Warner Bros. with As Time Goes By.
There are some studios that have their own opening fanfare that just got longer over time, such as 20th Century Fox and Marvel.
And then there's Universal which not only has its own opening fanfare but an entire music piece that lasts for two and a half minutes. Because why not? The creators of numerous good movies deserve to have something special like that.

Still listening to this til now. It's epic yet relaxing in some parts and I freakin love it. I'm a sucker for orchestral music and this just blows me away every time.

The Addition of a Choir made this amazing on so many Levels.

This is by-far the best tribute theme and remix to the most iconic motion picture company themes. Why? As you listen to the flourishings and scoring crescendos, you can easily listen to the entire catalogue of great films that Universal has made throughout the past century. It's fitting that since there's a shifting evolution in technology, especially in the way how films are being made, that the Universal Pictures theme were to follow that trend as well. It's amazing how you completely did a complete upgrade to the musical score, Brian Tyler. Keep up the great work and keep exciting the masses.

I like how Brian is probably the few who upload their work on YouTube, if only other amazing artist do the same.

Wow... that gave me goosebumps. As a musician I can really appreciate this piece. It gave me goosebumps, even if its shorter theme from a movie company, I still loved it. Thank you very much for this experience Mr. Tyler.

Imagine if this whole thing played out at the start of each movie

I would NOT be mad.

Aw ma, thinking back to when I went on my first visit to Universal Studios, Orlando a year ago. Truly amazing and unforgettable experience with my family. This piece reflects our journey perfectly. Thank you Mr. Tyler.

Sounds like something composed by Williams for Spielberg production. Absolutely masterful!

1:39 my favorite part. Reminds me of the Soarin Over California (not world) music that Jerry Goldsmith composed, and considering the original Universal theme was done by Goldsmith this is a great compliment. Sounds almost like something Goldsmith would make.

OMG I didn't know there was an actual track for this!

This is my favorite kind of movie score: magical, inviting, preparing you for an adventure. You really don't hear any scores that evoke "movie magic" any more.

This sounds like it would be great for a movie.
