I agree that part with Turbo/Theo wishing upon a star (Actually an airplane as there is too much light pollution in cities for there to be stars in the sky.) that he could become fast (His wish is granted minutes later not by a fairy from a wishing star but from him being exposed to nitrous oxide from the supercharger of a street racing car (A Chevrolet Camaro to be exact) gives him super powers like car super speed and car-like abilities.) is really funny. The wishing upon a star (Actually an airplane) part is defiently a reference to the Walt Disney Animation Studios films Pinocchio (1940), The Princess and the Frog (2009), Shrek Forever After (2010), Puss and Boots: The Last Wish (2022) and upcoming Walt Disney Animation Studios movie Wish coming out this Christmas of 2023.

You know how crazy it is that Dreamworks made a reference to Fast and Furious 3 years before they were acquired by Universal who made the Fast and Furious movies. Did Turbo predict Universal buying Dreamworks or was the reference what made them decide to buy them in the first place?
