Hey guys! Additional tip here: Make sure your streaming device - Fire stick, Roku, Apple TV, etc - is set up to deliver 4K to your TV. You'll usually find this under video settings on that device. It's worth double checking in addition to the tips in this video!

Netflix quality is ass, i have the best subscription for them and will be canceling. looks like 360P and no its not my internet. i have 2 GBs speed for downloads and 650 MBs upload. On any other site i watch in 4k or 8k no problem. Netflix just wants more and more money while also downgrading the customer experience.

For anyone that method didn't worked, The HDR is bugged with Netflix app on your 4k TV you must turn it off you will still play 4K but with SDR not HDR but it looks much better, Go to your Netflix App on your TV, go to setting turn off HDR, it should fix the problem but you must do it from the app on your TV it self not the phone app.

I think the quality adjust automaticaly with how faster ur internet speed is. I have a 4k plan but still get 720p to 480p resolutions, my internet plan is 10mbps unlimited per month. There is no setting to adjust resolution scale as youtube have it, its a matter of internet speed that will determine automaticaly the resolution depending with the plan you have

Hi bro i am currently using Netflix app which runs on Edge if I go to inspect resolution and check the resolution it's only playing in 720p even though I have a 4k plan with all the settings to high.

I've setup the best quality and I have the premium netflix version and it still looks like total crap. I have 50 mbps internet connection...

Netflix on smart tv app looks fantastic...4k hdr...just watched rebel moon directors cut 1 and two..absolutely stunned with the picture quality
However when using netflix on pc even within the microsoft edge browser picture is not nearly so good..???I have hdr turned on within display settings

Lg oled c7 series:
Netflix app does suddenly not play dolby vision anymore, its not menioned when I click on a show that is DV, it only states 4k.

Netflix you use to have an special file that could show the quality of the streaming that you were receiving. It begging with 325kb, and stop around 2300kb on and old smart tv, and close to 4000kb on previous version of Xbox.

Which country do you live ??? Cause netflix in 2020 started a low quality streaming on all smart tv in EU and UK there its 1080 p and uhd streaming but birate very low Netflix made such a decision i dont know why apple tv 4k same issue but if you have ps4 and ps5 netflix bitrate quality is the best
