Part 6: D.C. Front Runners marches along 14th Street, NW. My friend Michael is in the Front Runners’ dance troupe. Front Runners come to a stop waiting for the parade to catch up behind it. Now the running group’s floats come through. As they pass the reviewing stage, the Front Runners’ dancers perform in front of the parade review stage.
