A picture with the teacher. It may not be something that the student truly appreciates until he or she is much older. I wish I had pictures of each of my favorite teachers and just me.

Maybe a picture when the student is sitting with the teacher at lunch.

Back when I was in school (I’m 29) rewards weren’t a huge thing but I do remember citizen of the month got to bring in a small throw blanket and pillow and do their work on the floor. Best elementary day of my life. Laid on my stomach with my chin on my pillow with my shoes off. Finished all my work super fast and took a nap after my work was done at one point and also enjoyed my silent reading time a lot

A popular one with my first graders is doing a lesson at the teacher's desk. After I finished teaching and they do their independent work, the student gets to go to my desk to do their work. They get to sit in my big comfy chair and they can wear my sweater if they want. It was a huge hit!

I remember one time in first grade i won something, and my prize was to sit at the teachers desk for the day, still remember it and im almost 25 😂
