I was soo mad because in my town and the towns 20 miles away, there was thick clouds covering the entirety of the sky. I couldn't see it at all. :(

The Super Moon got so big last night that it attracted a number of nearby astroids that circled it for about 5 hours like mini-moons until the decreasing gravitational pull of the shrinking moon released them back into space. Actual science-fact!

I live in America, so I didn't have to wake up early at all. I got to see it from 9-10 p.m. Then it got cloud again, like it was at 8 p.m. when it started, so I didn't watch the moon return to visibility. But for most of the eclipse, the skies were clear and we had a great view of the the blood red super moon of the eclipse. I like the music playing with the video. Very nice.

about 25 years since i last saw a lunar eclipse... glad the (cloudy) met office report was wrong for merseyside :)

I had a perfect view from my house on top of a hill in Berkshire. At one time a plane flew past quite close by, which will make a nice picture for somebody. But I was a little disappointed that it stayed whitish at the bottom. The media should stop making pictures of what they think it is going to look like.
