Thanks for the lesson! According to Music Notes the TAB is: Bbadd9, Gm11, F, Ebadd9 for the intro and verse, then it looks like 5th power chords in the chorus.

I ended up here while looking for inspiration (I'm no expert). I look for different guitarists playing different versions. Often with the example of jazz standards someone can have a different set of chords and inversions that you wouldn't think of. I'll usually look around for the most average chord arrangement that will work with little rehearsal (chords for songs can vary hugely). I stumbled across it while looking for chet baker. I corrected the transcription. It's quite easy to stumble upon

I play the first chord in an open position on the 6th (first finger on 3rd string)and 7th fret (second finger on the  4th string) all the rest open and third chord open too (first finger on the  3rd string forts fret, 4th figer on the 4rth string 4rth fret and second figer on the second fret 5th string and the rest open....on the record you have to tune down one tome I believe.
