Just passed my class 2 today with Kev at Mantra, Couldn't be happier with the training there from all of the staff. Day 1 I really doubted my abilities but with the help of the trainers I passed first time. Would strongly advise anyone thinking of going for it to contact them as they're extremely helpful.

Just a quick update!! Kev was my Instructor when i started and the knowledge he gives to people with his experience is second to none, Today i PASSED yey lol, but i have to say that all the staff at Mantra Learning are a credit to the company, If you are thinking about it, go and do it is an experience in itself, go in with a positive mental attitude ( PMA ) and you can't go wrong...Thanks again Kev and to all the staff! My HGV school had a line of marker tape on the trailer head so you knew when to stop turning and start on the diagonal run to that first cone.
What I must say is that once you start driving for real, better learn those jack-knife reverses because you'll be turning on a sixpence in some scenarios.

Done mine today and after 4 hours i walked, got stressed.! Id had enough 3 hours in..Went in for test and i fucked it..needed 2 shunts ro get straight. . Fucked that up. So walked of the test!
Didnt get taught this way.
I got taught to full lock right and look out for the yellow plate on the rear of trailor..Then full lock it other way driving down the yellow line. At this point im going across the rd waiting to get striaght but im miles out..all over the pllace trying to get it back into the yellow box!.This way seems so easy to do.
