Pyrovision reminds me of simpler times

It's weird that map makers can't enable Pyrovision on their own maps. Why does it have to be in a config file most people would never know about?

I found a mod by Curly Bill that adds 21 more Pyroland maps, and even an sv_pure 1 version

Weirdly enough, once in a blue moon, i’ll throw on a pyrovision pyro loadout and just absolutely destroy in a dustbowl lobby or something. No idea why, I just feel like it helps.

Yes, because it causes the enemy team to either underestimate me or rage in chat when they die and play progressively worse because of it

Ropes change on every map.
Even on custom maps.

In very rare cases, I end up using an item on 2Fort that turns on Pyrovision & my response is always (because I forget about it all the time) "Oh god Pyrovision!"

Would be nice if mappers where the ones who allowed pyro vision on their maps.

Honestly, I use Pyrovision for 2 reasons:
1: the maps look better
2: no gore

You think that they would at least have pyroland variants of all the valve made maps considering it’s actual canon lore for tf2

I actually enjoy Pyroland because I find it funny. Maybe not as hilarious as Pyroland in Meet the Pyro, though.
