INGREDIENTS

Cucumber Mint Infused Water

1/3 cup roughly 6-8 thick slices english cucumber
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
1 quart cold or room temperature water

Watermelon Basil Infused Water

1/3 cup watermelon cubes seedless
4-6 basil leaves
1 quart (4 cups) cold or room temperature water

Cherry Lime Infused Water

1/4 cup cherries pitted and sliced in half
4 slices lime seeds removed, with peel
1 quart (4 cups) cold or room temperature water

Blackberry Orange & Ginger Infused Water

6-8 blackberries
3-4 slices orange with peel
4-5 slices ginger peeled
1 quart (4 cups) cold or room temperature water

Strawberry Lemon Infused Water

4-5 strawberries halved
4-5 slices lemon seeds removed, with peel
1 quart (4 cups) cold or room temperature water

Thanks for this vid! I am kinda bored of just plain water and I needed something different, I tried to convince my mum to get twinnings cold water infusions but “apparently” they’re “too expensive” so I decided to watch this vid and I’m going to try the recipes, only if I have the ingredients, thx again for this vid, keep up the great work! I’ve been doing strawberry and basil and rosemary and strawberry. .. I also reuse the rosemary for my evening tea. Turns out rosemary aids in weight loss by revving up our metabolisms along with many other health benefits. Who knew? 🤷🏻‍♀️😊
I learned that drinking fruit infused water while fasting can break your fast. Limes and lemons won’t break a fast though.... Something about the sugars in the fruits.

You can even put them in the sun for a couple of hours. We do that with tea a lot. Then pop them into the fridge.

Thanks for ideas. YES i find it hard and such a burden to drink pure water because its so Bland its like a chore . Then i add slices of lemons and i kept drinking it so addicting. It just made water taste better. 😍

This is a great idea, really healthy option, I drink too much pepsii, I cod replace it with flavour water and be more healthier
