I'm using a clevo laptop now but seeing the prices are similar to the branded ones nowadays, I feel that i rather get the branded ones but man, the price is insane. 2.7k pounds. wow.

Amazing that this has a full size numeric keypad. Thank you XMG for that. Its a real shame manufacturers are ditching it.

I love Eluktronics and upgrade to this and it blows my desktop (2080ti) out of the water! My other Eluktronics laptop still going strong and runs like new. This brand is the BEST!!!

if the fan in the liquid cooling pump is bothering you so much just replace it with a noctua fan

Excellent and informative video, thanks! I just want to point out something that struck me: the very distracting auto-focus flutter (or hunting) in this video made it difficult to focus on the components (or on your face!).

I just got the Eluktronics 4090 Mech 17 and love it, I hope water-cooling goes mainstream for gaming laptops so everybody can enjoy cool temps and better performance

Just a note for anyone trying to buy this...When I first got it it ran hot and the cables where hot. I found out the fans weren't turning because a cable was blocking it, I had to open it and move the cable. Great overall but disappointed that this wasn't checked before shipping.

Did you run into issues with it blackscreening? I'm looking into the US-branded equivalent (Eluktronics MECH-15 G3R) and recently there've been a lot of reports of it crashing, blackscreening, locking up, and failing to power on.

05:43 min - I disagree with your opinion abut the number-pad. Yes, it is a gaming laptop, but still then, I also would use it for work or school! So a number-pad is what I want. I am not as rich that I would buy one laptop with number-pad for work and school and another without number-pad for gaming! I think 90% of the people wouldn't do that! So this is perfect! 26.05.2022
