I hope the good secretary will give priority on digitalizing the financial, banking and retail industries and move the Philippines toward cashless transaction, with the mindset of improving tax collection from POS (point-of-sales) terminals or cash registers directly linked to BIR servers.
We need to boost govt revenue thru this system, that is automated and inhibits human intervention, thus eliminating corruption.
