They are NOT called Arancini but the real name is ARANCINE / ARANCINA. Arancina is Female! This is considered a big mistake here in Palermo. Arancini are a different Catania kind of balls of rice.

What about the tons of garbage on each and every street in Palermo. It is literally the dirtiest place I have ever seen in my life. I'm really disappointed
