I visited Nice, France recently, it’s breathtaking! The architecture, the little towns are absolutely stunning. The beaches are plentiful, blue & clean. The weather was very hot & sunny. There are buses, trams & trains, which make it comfortable to travel in the heat ! I loved my holiday in Nice 😍

I lived in nice as a musician with a french girl had the time of my life! Know it like the back of my hand
It’s more developed now I was the in 1992
The little clubs cafe’s food restaurant’s the street entertainment of which I was part of such a wonderful time!
Started with £750 came back to the uk with £0.10 pence and you could not by a Holliday like it!
Thanks it brought back a lot of good memories

Kudos on your pronunciation, this is the first video on Nice that I could listen to, the others just butcher the French pronunciations.

Flying to Nice on Sunday with my mom. This is our first time in Europe (I’ve been to Iceland, but that’s it). Your videos have been so helpful! We’re staying in Old Town and have plans to see Eze, Menton and Gorges of Verdon, as well as a day of exploring Nice. Definitely looking forward to it.

Very nice videos – thank you. I will be visiting in two weeks and have a question: I am allergic to tobacco smoke - is smoking still prevalent, as it was when I last visited France 40 years ago? Are restaurants in France non-smoking as they are throughout the United States? A selfish person lighting up a cigarette at the table next to me would ruin my meal.

If smoking is allowed in sections of restaurants, would I ask “Une table dans une section pas de fumer, s’il vous plait. Je suis allergique au fume du tabac.”? Or ask something else? And please do not hesitate to correct my French, which I haven’t studied since 1987. Thank you.
