"I can't wait to entertain you" "Now Tayne I can get into" is Shakespearean levels of wordplay.

the undistressed "I'll get it later" after his wife calling cracks me up every time

The absurdity of this sketch is unmatched by anything else. No part of it is logical, which is why it's so perfect.

One of Paul Rudd's finest performances, an absolute treasure

I didn't think a Tim and Eric skit starring Paul Rudd would be one of the most accurate representations of technology in the future.

He might be Ant-Man to everyone else but to me *he will ALWAYS be Celery Man.*

This was the last thing my best friend Zach showed me before he went to bed and I had to wait to see him again in the morning. Holds a special place in my heart.

Every nuance of muscle tension and every subtle facial gesture is impeccably executed
He should win an Oscar for this

This has to be one of the best parts of making a show like Awesome Show: getting a guest who just completely gets it and nails it.

Thank you, Adult Swim, for kicking up the 4d3d3d3 and then re-releasing this!

Still one of the greatest Tim & Eric segments

Celery Man: Solid, baseline performance that's called for in almost any situation, but not likely to win any awards for bravery or soul. And you shouldn't have to kick up the 4d3d3d3 that much just to see some energy.

Oyster: Obviously wants to be known as the "bad boy", and for the most part fills that role well, but his performance belies a deep emotional instability. One look at the smile on that printout tells you all you need to know about how inconsistent and unreliable he can be.

Tayne: Now Tayne I can get into.

The printout of Oyster smiling is why I'm alive today

The best part is the fact that not only is his wife calling, but it's specifically an emergency. Paul's like "I'm on the verge of a break through with Nude Tayne, leave me alone"

I wonder if Paul Rudd acknowledges this as one of his crowning film achievements.

When I was young, I thought Tayne was the funniest thing. As I reached middle age, started a family, I thought him not taking his wife's call was the funniest thing. Now that I am old, I know Oyster in the black shirt without his sweater is the funniest thing.

The pause before he agrees to load up the beta sequence: Theres a risk reward caluclation going on in his head. There is something that could happen, perhaps has happened. This simple pause has so many implications.
