“Travesty Of Justice!” ICC Accused Of ‘Distorting Facts’ As Warrant Issued For Arrest Of Netanyahu

Alex Phillips and former Israeli Government spokesman, Eylon Levy, discuss the International Criminal Court (ICC)’s issue of an arrest warrant for Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu over alleged war crimes.

The ICC also issued a warrant for former defence minister Yoav Gallant and Mohammed Deif, head of Hamas' armed wing.

Eylon accuses the court of “distorting the facts” to arrest “the democratic leader of a democratic country”.

As long as the CPI doesn't address hamas' strategy of human shields its judgements can only be biased. Either hamas is a legitimate government and subject to international laws of conflict or it's a terrorist group with no legal status. It can't be both.

Very interesting and informative video Alex, thank you. I am completely at a loss as to how delusional the world is with regards to Israel! The very fact they develop some of the most advanced military technology in the world, have an Iron Dome missile defence system, notice the word DEFENCE, they spent considerable time and resources attempting to contact civilians in the locations it was clearing of terrorist weapons systems just to give the people the opportunity to get to safety, they have conceded land in the past simply to keep the peace. There is only so much a victim of bullying can take and I believe Israel have had enough of the bullying. 💯 Respect!
