We actually have 3 different functions P here because the underlying set "shrinks"

Depends upon if the person picking the balls knows that the small balls give a 1 in 2 chance of red 1st and and the other small ball being picked last as blue. On the 2nd pick there is a 1 in 3 chance to pick the correct large yellow ball. Therefore it's a 1 in 6 chance.

some balls are larger and some balls are smaller the probability of picking up big ball is greater so i think it require a more complex calculation isnt it?(idk i am just a highschooler)

I have a stupid question. Why do you multiply the probabilities together, why don't we add them? Is there a simple way to visualize why the probabilities are multiplied and not added together?
