The DJI Ronin has excited the TCSTV crew more than any product this year, so we had to give it a thorough rundown. Is this the unit that will bring electronic stabilization to the masses?

I almost got a glidecam and the vest but just bit the bullet and got the Ronin. So glad I spent the extra buck. I can't believe how smooth it is. Only thing I'm not sold on yet is putting it all together, but I'm sure it will get easier the more I use it.

I wonder if speeding up that deadband movement setting is why there are such harsh panning movements in these videos. Most of the other videos I have seen of the DJI Ronin have much smoother horizontal motion.

Either way, super useful video.
