This looks like a slightly frosty version of my go to effortless summer look. Brown mascara and highlighter as eyeshadow is something I've been rocking for years, in the summer. Biggest difference is I usually use a blush that's a little bit more like a bronzer and then go all the way across the nose so it looks like you got sun even though I have bought 12 layers of sunscreen on and never let myself burn.

Darling...Canadian girl here. In winter our faces are bright red and might have a patch of white on the cheek from frostbite! Perfect lashes because the get wet from snowflakes and flat hat head hairdos. Our noses are runny too! It is above freezing here in December which is not normal. Too warm, not that I am complaining but a bit unnerving.
