My opinion why shade is epic
Shade is a good brawlers and i think supercell wants to give a good brawler for a low price

my idea for hypercharge was he was invincible for the duration of his super but at the end of his super he receives all the damage taken during the super’s duration

I think that he should have unlimited ammo, stun with the center attack for 5 seconds and have a bigger range at all times, he should have double of Frank’s hp, and with his super I think he should invisible (even when on top of enemies), invincible, can attack still, leave a trail of popcorn, his gadget should increase the range to the entire map, his other gadget should stun with a bigger range, his star power should give him a 100% speed buff, his other star power gives the shield to teammates and makes them invincible, and with the Hypercharge he should be allowed to take the ball with him, oh I forgot for the trait, he has the range of the entire, and super duration should be tripled. All of that should make him balanced as he’s very weak right now.
