Species Special: Dwarf Lily (Nymphaea Stellata) Great beginner plant.

The Dwarf Lily is one of my favorite plants. From beginner to the advanced, this plant looks great in your tank and will pretty much grow through a zombie apocalypse. This plant propagates extremely well and I would recommend any beginner getting into the planted tank to buy one or two.

this plant is soo legit beautiful and strong as a mfer i acc left it in the sun floating for 3 days in my patio ...since i jumped from a 10 gallon to a 20 gallon and this plant was soo dead looking i felt sad for it something told me to plant it and surely enough it revived and grew like crazyy healthiest plant in my tank theyr fighters man nice vid and awesome plants 👍

I love mine. Best betta plant I have. Just make sure it doesn't cover too much of the top so the betta can breath. My guy loves to sleep in the leaves. It took a little for it to grow, but once it had sprouts, it was like wildfire. Defiantly going to get some for my community tank. (I have hopes of making it almost 100% planted and get rid of as much fake plants as possible)

I'm so glad I found your Channel when I was doing the month of research I did before being brave enough to actually get a tank. I got all my plants from planted aquarium central was freaked out about this plant though it's such an ugly little shit ball I was sure it dead. But I have only had it for 4 days after the video I'm very excited about this plant. Thanks again for all of your videos. I now have a low tech 30 with all the plants you have in yours.

Dwarf lilies are great plants, I have some in one of my tanks, there roots system can get huge as they are big root feeders as all lilies are. The floating plant leaves if kept trimmed from a new plant and not left to reach the surface will keep the plant shorter and busy. A beautiful and amazing plant I also highly recommend.

Angelfish love the pads and stems- look at how the striped Angels match the stems of water lillys. You can even find a vid of Altums in the wild hovering between stems in a perfect match.

. Have you seen one bloom? I cant find any reference to blooms on them.

i bought a Huge bulb of this from my lfs and i put in in the centre of my tank and it grows so fast softball sized bulb lol this plant looks great and is huge

Any input on dried bulbs carrying pest snails? I bought some dried ones from petco. Would they carry snails?🐌
