I love sushi. I love many Asian foods and have grown accustomed to using chopsticks. Putting your chopsticks in an upright position means death and can be used as disrespect to those who passed (ancestors) . I use normal cutlery when eating other foods : British food, curries etc . We have a Japanese resturaunt by us that encourages us to use chopsticks but they will give you cutlery if you ask them politely. I'm going to make sushi for next week. I love maki, tuna and crispy chicken sushi. 😊. Xx
