Home Assistant Blue is an awesome platform. In fact, I have moved to Home Assistant Blue as my main Home Assistant platform.

In this video, I will walk through migrating from a Raspberry Pi 4 to the all-new, and better looking Home Assistant Blue. The process is pretty straight forward, although I did have one minor hiccup.

Whether you are looking to migrate your existing Home Assistant setup, or even if you want to get started with Home Assistant Blue I think this video will have something for you.

So stick around, because we are going to automate some boring stuff!

Here are the video chapters:

00:00 - Migrating to Home Assistant Blue - Intro
00:48 - Home Assistant Migration Overview
01:55 - Getting Started with Home Assistant Blue
03:57 - Installing Samba Share Add-on for Home Assistant.
04:19 - Creating and Restoring a Home Assistant Snapshot
06:14 - Troubleshooting Home Assistant Boot using Safe Mode
08:00 - Wrapping it Up

Nice video! I've ordered an ssd disk for my Raspberry pi 3b+ and I'm currently using the Google drive addon for backup. Would that work as well or do you recommend samba? I'm probably gonna run into the same problems as you but it's nice to see how you did this.
