Lyrics

The voices in my head
keep on telling me to pray
Cuz’ I’m spinning like a
carousel circling the drain
Hit the bottom of the bottle
I don’t wanna feel the pain
but that is all I got for now
I don’t wanna talk about it
The voices in my head
Keep on begging me to stay
If I pull the trigger now
Then the demons go away
and I know my time is coming
So there ain’t no time to waste
So that is all I got for now
I don’t wanna talk about it

The voices in my head
Keep telling me to choose a side
heaven or hell like it’s do or die
I’m a sad boy you know better
Please don’t make this last forever
The voices in my head
Keep telling me I’m not okay
Cause it’s feeling like a hurricane in my brain
Dark clouds dark skies bad weather
Please don’t make this last forever

(Eye E eye)
The voices in my head
keep telling me I’m gonna
(Die)
and I don’t wanna talk
about the drama, I’m trauma-
(tized)
they keep tellin me I’m fine
We both know that’s a fuckin
(Lie)
I’m losing my mind but
I don’t wanna talk about it

The voices in my head
Keep giving me the worst advice
Kamikaze crash like a suicide
I’m a lost boy you know better
Please don’t make this last forever
the voices in my head
keep telling me I’m insane
and maybe I’m a little bit
That won’t change
Dark clouds dark skies bad weather
Please don’t make this last forever

The voices in my head
keep telling me I’m cursed
I’m paranoid I don’t wanna make it any worse
We’re all gonna die but first things first
Imma take the world with me
when they put me in the dirt

Has anyone else noticed how his voice changes slightly when he switches "characters"? The way that he represents all of his past eras not only visually but vocally is so impressive.

I just discovered Falling In Reverse two days ago. I’m immediately hooked and blown away by how talented Ronnie is. I absolutely love the different textures he implements in his music and in every song. It’s so different than what you hear in a lot of bands. He is lyrically talented and his music is clearly an outlet for him to heal, grow, and challenge himself. Love his stuff and am a big fan now!!

That breakdown after "MOVE" was so sick! Another great song from Falling In Reverse!

I LOVE how he’s killing off older versions of himself. It shows how his style in music and in general are constantly changing.

He has top tier voice. The more heavy Falling in Reverse gets, the better it becomes. Very well produced too.
I hear notes from Papa Roach, Eminem. Linking Park and Korn. Wonderful cocktail.

"Hit the bottom of the bottle, I don't wanna feel the pain
But that is all I got for now" - 33 days sober and 2 days clean. When you use it feels like the only choice. I'm so grateful I was able to find support recently to get me out of this vicious cycle. If I can do it, you can too. We do recover 💪🏻

I grew up listening to Chester Bennington's lyrics, his lyrics always expressed how I felt. Now that he's gone Im glad to know you exist, because your lyrics are a great example of whats going on in my head. So thank you for that! Thank you for being this honest!

Um, wow. That breakdown was insane. Lot of little references to previous songs, amazing production value on the video as usual. It's honestly been like 30+ years since I've seen this degree of excellence in music video form. Basically since MTV was in it's prime in the late 80's.

I feel that Ronnie is on a next level creativity and pure musical talent. The songs he writes are just pure Then there is this guys success story which is every bit as epic as Alice Coopers.

I’m 76 years old and this is my favorite song. Their music speaks to me on another level.

This song and video are a masterpiece!

I love how Ronnie talks loudly about mental health and how the perception of life changes once you have gone through hell. Every person's demons are different, we fight with them in different ways, and sometimes we learn to live with them but this song, this song is a strong reminder that you can live with them and just become a better version of yourself. Never forget where you were and accept when you're not okay

The evolution of Ronnie's Music in the last couple of songs and months has been phenomenal.
If he keeps on going like that he's definetly gonna be one of the best artists in this century

I never took the time in recent years to watch Falling In Reverse music videos, usually only listen to music on spotify. I am happy I have gone down the YouTube rabbit hole of watching them all today. This one stuck out for me at this moment in my life. Voices of self doubt, anxiety, excuses, hopes and dreams...which one of myself am I going to allow to stand on top of the heap?

If you compare old music videos to older ones by Ronnie you can see just how much work he puts into it, good job Ronnie!!

One of the things that's so fuckin awesome about Ronnie's music is that he never truly gives in to the darkness. It's a constant, epic dance/fight with his demons and he never gives up... and that's heroic. He's turned his pain into art, and that's beautiful.
