Dramatic rescue as truck dangles from bridge

A three-vehicle crash left a semi-truck dangling from a bridge in Louisville, Ky., trapping the driver. She was rescued by a firefighter who rappelled down to the cab of the truck. NBC News' Jesse Kirsch reports.

Hey that's my cousin Sydney, she's a fighter I tell ya. She said a pickup truck swerved out from the opposite lane and swiped her which made her lose control. She told me the worst of it all was having to spend an eternity staring down at the water below.
