Bioactive C15.

Foods that are high in Bioactive C15 fatty acids, also known as pentadecanoic acid, include: 

Whole fat dairy: Butter, milk, sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar, Swiss, Colby, pecorino, and whole milk yogurt

Beef: Raw ground beef, roasted beef, rib loin, and chuck

Pork: Raw pork fat

Animal sourced C15 is more bioactive.

So basically, we should be eating 4 oz of cheddar cheese a day to get the required c15?

I've been preparing and consuming a yogurt cultured from L. reuteri for months now, using high-quality half and half as the substrate. Besides its other health and longevity benefits, and since learning about C15, I'm wondering if this yogurt also contains a beneficial amount of C15. Does anyone know?
