React Hooks SWR: Fetch, Cache and ReValidate server data with SWR and Axios

We'll see how to use SWR to improve the User Experience of our applications.

We'll be using the following techniques in this tutorial:
- cache
- mutate cache
- trigger a new HTTP call to "renew" cache

Please don't do jest.mock('swr') or jest.mock('axios') or jest.spyOn(window, 'fetch')
Instead, use something like MSW (mock service worker) to mock your HTTP calls
